to create this style I used: Sally Hansen diamond strength instant nail hardener has my base coat, nyc taxi yellow creme #114A and Fuchsia shock creme #111A, Sally Hansen emarald city # 40 xtreme wear. For the designs I used, hurricane nail art paint in black, silver, NK glossier nails top coat and a tooth pick.
